JOB OPENING: PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
We are looking for a committed and child-focused Occupational Therapist to develop, recover, enhance, or maintain the daily living skills of children with a broad spectrum of developmental needs. Our clinic includes a state-of-the-art large gross motor and a sensory gym filled with equipment that creates a fun, safe, and motivating environment for exploration and movement, as well as opportunities for imagination and pretend play.

JOB TYPE: Independent Contractor
EXPECTED STARTING HOURS: 15-20 hours, depending on demand

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide occupational therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to teen years in their natural environment.

Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.

Provide services in diverse settings such as patient homes, daycare centers, facility-based, and/or other community settings.

Follow the Individualized Family Service Plan

Collaborate on ongoing treatment

Facilitate goals and treatment plans for parents.

Complete daily session notes after treatment.

Prepare progress reports as per program timelines.

Maintain client confidentiality

Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified lead pediatric speech therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapy techniques and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
